Accessibility fares
Accessibility fares will only be available on Yoola's website (date to be announced).
Your companion may attend the event for free upon presentation of a disability card (showing a rating of at least 80%). Tickets must be booked prior to the event on Yoola's website: no free tickets can be delivered by email, on the day of the event or following a purchase via Shotgun's ticketing page.

An official and secured resale service is available only on Shotgun’s mobile app (iOS & Android). Once your ticket has been put up for sale via the app, you do not need to do anything else as the platform itself will try and find a buyer. If the event is sold out, the resale fee is passed on to the buyer: reselling your ticket via the Shotgun mobile app does not cost you anything in this instance.

A waiting list is available for each sold-out event: you only need to sign up to get priority access to tickets that are being resold. Never buy a ticket from a stranger, especially on social media. Please note that to validate your order, you have a maximum of 7 days to hand in your voucher to HEAT's bar staff (70 quai Perrache, Lyon 2e) from Monday to Sunday between 12:00 and 14:00. Do not forget to write down your name at the back of your voucher! Otherwise, your order will be automatically cancelled after 7 days.
Holders of the Métropole de Lyon Pass Culture are entitled to a discount of €11.50 from the total amount of the order. A maximum of one Pass Culture student coupon per person can be used for the entire festival. Tickets FAQ
Ticket purchases are conditioned to the full acceptance of the Shotgun T&Cs and subject to the conditions of access to the event defined by Arty Farty, Nuits sonores 2024 festival organiser.
• Nuits sonores 2024 will take place in strict compliance with the health measures in force at the dates of the event
• For safety and responsibility reasons, Nuits sonores 2024' main events (Days, Nuits, Closing Day) cannot be attended people under 18, even if accompanied by a legal guardian. An identity check will be carried out at the festival entrance.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person whose behaviour is likely to jeopardise their own safety or that of others, particularly if they are intoxicated.
• A Shotgun ticket is personal
• It is strictly illegal to resell a ticket at a price greater than its face value
• Tickets cannot be swapped and are non-refundable
• Every ticket is unique. Once scanned at the entrance, no other copy of the same ticket will be accepted. Festival goers might be asked for their ID card alongside their ticket
• It is forbidden to smoke in all indoor venues at Nuits sonores 2024
• Each individual attending Nuits sonores 2024 consents to be photographed and/or filmed and for their image to be used by Arty Farty to illustrate any document related to its activities
• In the case of one or more artists at the festival having to cancel due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure, tickets are non-refundable
• Backpacks, bulky and/or dangerous items cannot be taken in in Nuits sonores venues
• There are no cloakrooms on the festival sites
• Show your ticket on your mobile phone instead of printing it!
