Undisputed master of Dutch techno, Speedy J is a cornerstone of the electronic scene, with over two decades of energy dedicated to the dancefloor. An iconic DJ and producer, he released his first tracks in the early 1990s on Plus 8, the label of Richie Hawtin and John Acquaviva. A pioneer of techno in Europe, he didn’t just witness its rise, but also helped lay its solid foundations. Over the past decade, he has distinguished himself with the creation of his label Electric Deluxe and his powerful techno productions. A true master of hybridization, he moves between standalone tracks and hardware improvisations, an approach that also defines his collaborations, particularly through his Collabs series.
