Guy Brewer excels in every artistic project he undertakes, moving fluidly between techno, club music, and experimental sound composition. First emerging in the 1990s with the drum & bass duo Commix, then becoming a key figure in UK techno under the alias Shifted and through his highly influential label Avian, he now continues his artistic trajectory as Carrier.

Across the EPs Tender Spirits, In Spectra, and the album Rhythm Immortal, Brewer explores deep, immersive territories, blending finely sculpted percussion, ambient textures, and minimalist rhythms to create downtempo compositions that are both hypnotic and intensely physical.
