Théo Majcher holds a Master’s degree in Politics and Management of Culture in Europe (Institute of European Studies, Paris 8 University). After working with various European cultural networks, he co-founded ALTER EGO (X) in 2019, a civic, Europe-based organisation dedicated to strengthening intercultural dialogue and shaping a shared European narrative through artistic creation, international cooperation, and spaces for exchange and critical reflection.
After developing and leading cultural projects (performing arts and media) in France and across Europe, his work now focuses on supporting cultural and media project leaders in their international development strategies, as well as engaging in advocacy efforts aimed at bridging the gap between grassroots actors and public decision-makers.
He is also a graduate of the French National Audiovisual Institute (INA) in radio and television presenting, and works as a moderator, presenter and contributor, combining expertise in European cultural issues with media practice.
In 2026, he co-founded Studio Croko, a creative studio dedicated to developing audiovisual formats (television, radio, documentary and new media) addressing cultural and societal issues.
