The Sabres Of Paradise, the legendary trio formed by the late Andrew Weatherall, Jagz Kooner, and Gary Burns, is one of the emblematic acts of the Warp label in the early 1990s. With their albums Sabresonic (1993) and Haunted Dancehall (1994), they revolutionized dance music by blending house and techno with dub, acid, industrial, and experimental influences, leaving an indelible mark on the British dance scene.

Masters of both the studio and live performance, they created a unique sound—simultaneously dubby and metallic, dark and hypnotic—where instruments, samples, and effects merge in perfect alchemy. Thirty years later, their albums are being reissued and the group is back on tour, continuing Weatherall’s legacy and the timeless influence of these classics on electronic music.
