Sarah Gamrani (sa+ga)

Fueled by a duality she fully embraces, sa+ga is a multidisciplinary artist who explores practices and formats without setting boundaries. For her, disciplines are not opposed: they complement, intersect, and engage in dialogue. She can be found singing, producing, and DJing in the duo Pureblast, as well as performing solo behind the decks. She also develops a writing practice with Au-delà du club (Beyond the Club), a collective for poetic and collaborative research exploring the dynamics of nightlife. An active member of Réinventer la nuit (Reinventing the Night), she also participates in discussions and initiatives aimed at rethinking club culture. Whatever form they take, sa+ga's projects seek to convey values and generate positive energy. She is convinced that this is how dialogue can be created within the electronic music scene and how nightlife can reinvent itself in its most liberating and celebratory form.
