Also known by the alias NDH, Hirma comes straight from the Zagaza collective and is one of the proud representatives of Geneva's alternative scene. Her sets, with their diverse aesthetics, are guided by a mix of varied and complementary styles, from hip-hop to Afro rhythms, including bass, jersey and drum'n'bass reinterpretations of pop hits.
Mendi, meanwhile, divides his time between Montpellier, where he lives, and Lyon. Drawing on his Senegalese and Guinean origins, he deploys tracks tailored for the dancefloor in his finely crafted sets, borrowing as much from the African electronic scene and disco as from UK bass and breaks aesthetics. A resident DJ on the Rinse and Piñata web radio stations, he is also the founder of the ‘CHÔ!’ parties. These regulars at Nuits Sonores and Le Sucre are united by a common motto: make dancers feel sexy!
