Gwenaëlle Kerboul is a graduate of the Sorbonne University. After nearly twenty years of experience at Rock en Seine, she now supports festivals, artists, and cultural organizations in their development, collaboration, and adaptation strategies to the evolving landscape of the sector.
In 2023, she founded Miracle, a cultural engineering agency, and then co-founded PAN! in 2025, a management agency and publishing company. She collaborates with organizations such as Bigflo & Oli's Rose Festival, Pépélé Festival, Printemps de Pérouges, the Centre national de la Musique (National Music Center), and the Chorus des Hauts-de-Seine.
Committed to gender equality in the cultural industries, she has chaired MEWEM since 2024 and coordinates Femmes d’Ekhoscènes, a program dedicated to women leaders in the private performing arts sector.
