Max Tiel is the co-founder Thunderboom Records, a non-profit innovation lab for the music industry. Their mission is to strengthen resilience, increase equal opportunities and enrich creative expression of artists and music professionals by promoting technology that is complementary, transparent and inclusive. The work of Thunderboom Records takes on many forms: from developing open-source AI tools to organizing interactive workshops, and from producing immersive live shows to sharing good practices.
