Nuits sonores is a partner of the Africa2020 season
As part of the Africa2020 season organised by the Institut français, Arty Farty will explore throughout Summer a diversity of contemporary issues (cultural, editorial, socio-political...) impacting the African continent. This program will unfold itself in the field of creative and artistic performance, as well as in the field of ideas debate.
Modified in multiple versions since March 2020 because of the pandemic, Arty Farty’s project for the season will take place following different highlights.
For this « hors série » edition of Nuits sonores, the Africa2020 season will exist through a solid number of artists: Azu Tiwaline & Cinna Peyghamy, Awori & Twani, Praktika & Simon Winsé, Simo Cell & Abdullah Miniawy and Fulu Miziki are all artistic projects that will brilliantly illustrate the talent and inventive capacity of African scenes.
The artwork for Arty Farty's season was designed by Ghanaian artist David Alabo.
