Originally from Morocco, having passed through Lyon and now based in Paris, Vel first encountered techno music when she walked through the doors of Le Sucre. Since then, she has developed a fusion of sounds and works, blending rhythm and textures, percussion and pads, dancefloor energy and introspection. During her sets, she knows no limits when it comes to genres or BPM, allowing for a release of pure energy. Vel quickly made her mark on the music scene, earning the respect and mentorship of industry icons like Anetha and In Aeternam Vale. Building on the growing power of her live performances — those who witnessed her at the 2024 edition can attest to this — Vel will release her debut album There is Always a Solution in October 2024 on Mama Told Ya!
